the RESURRECTION!!!

she looks pretty bad and beyond a repair point...

but then, there she is alive and kicking! A-151 at Rentis depot 2/10/2009 (a Phil's photo again)

unless the one at the first photo is A-161... does anybody know?

Phil says A.151 but I think his camera says A.161.

The one in Phil's photo is definitely A-161. It had a fire accident in 26 June 1976, and was never repaired. Finally scrapped in ~ 2001.

Does anyone know the RAL colours of this FAUR locomotive? Comparing the photos with the chart it looks like red 3020 and blue 5012. I would welcome any opinions.

Thanks BarbaP. There are indeed a lot of photos about the internet. However the paint specs for these locos so far remain a state secret. May be its a case of assigning a Secret BalkanE Agent to obtain them .
