Although I am a member for almost a year, I' d like to introduce myself as I haven't done it yet. My name is Yiannis, I live in Athens, not a modeller (yet) but very excited in Greek trains.
I' d like to thank you for accepting me to your company since I find your discussions and information, that you share, very interesting and helpfull in order to understand the hobby better.

I'm a new member called Alan hailing from England,but now living on the west coast of Greece.
I mainly model in 009,and have a layout built in my garage based on the mythical medditerranean island of Nafos.Which incorporates Greek,British and French influence.
I am a prolific modeller and when i work out how to post photos on this site will do so.
Unfortunately there aren't any railways in my immediate area ,but I've ridden on the Diakopto/Kalavryta line,visited the remains of the North West railway at Messalongi and also the Pelion.

How many years ago did I see your first layout in a show in England? I can't remember if I lived in Bristol or if I had already moved to the SouthEast. I still remember your extraordinary taverna on the hill of the perfect (and very plausible) Greek village.
