Barbapanagos ....
Christo of course the times have changed, but unfortunately I think that they become more and more difficult, at least for that hobby ... and especially in "vagonology" case

.
Although that the equipment is definitely cheaper, :
--> OSE not giving
any permissions for photos etc. like it was giving before, for depots, sheds etc.
--> obviously much less wagons to search and much less ones in working order.
--> Very few trains, trains not stopping in certain stations, or no trains at all (Peloponnese, Volos meter gauge line etc), which drives you to other boring means of transport (from 29/02, when the scrapping wave started untill now i have wasted around 36 hours inside the ΚΤΕΛ buses...)
--> Metal thiefs and immigrants / gypsies etc living inside the vehicles, who firstly are dangerous and you never know what would happen, especially in areas with multiple lines full of wagons and additionally, and who usually steal any usefull things (elements) which prevent the iddentification of the vehicle (stealing builders plates, causing fires, stealling the whole wagon / engine etc).
--> graffiti and vandals generaly...
--> Weeds so huge that they pass even over the vehicles and block any kind of pass between them.
--> Railfans and railfan clubs MUCH less active, which does not help at all the relationship between OSE and ... us.
