They were actually built by the VEREINIGTER SCHIENENFAHRZEUGBAU DER D.D.R. VEB WAGGONBAU DESSAU ...

buffers and couplings

Buffers:

1./ buffer-length (Pufferlänge): 60,5mm SPRUNG (measured). Standard length by UIC: 620mm. OK with this.
2./ bufferplate-dia. (Puffertellerdurchmesser): 428mm (measured). Standard dia. by UIC: 450mm. I probably made a mistake in that and miscalculate it. The correct is 450mm. So, I will go again and recalculate.
3./ bufferplate is of the welded type (geschweißt)
It belongs defienetely to the standard type by UIC, either A (http://www.wagenwerk.de/h0de/fahrzeugba ... orm-a.html) /and or C (http://www.wagenwerk.de/h0de/fahrzeugba ... m-c-1.html)

Axles:
They have 9 leafs with 157cm - length of upper long spring. However, the springs were measured on straight and NOT as they are deflected, so the standard length is 160cm / and or 1600mm by UIC.

Brake-system:




I'll go again to Rentis, to make more pics and recalculate the bufferplate-dia..

I need those, when I buy the 3 different numbers of Gbgs / Z3.1 of ALPHA-TRAINS.
