Manfred, I'll try to explain it

1) there are four escalations at the lower part of the frame that don't exist at the OSE wagon
2) the frame of the models seems not to be straight at the middle but it goes inwards (green line)

Yes you are right.
But I think in this case a small application with a 3D Part will help to bring the frame on the whole section in the same level.
