BarbaPanagos, double traction was used in this line only when the trains entered Salamina's (Perama's) military port (Ναύσταθμος).That happened because sailors boarded the tram(actually light railway) when they finished their work.The other trains had only one car.What is more, there were one or two places in the tram line (I will find exactly where later) that there was a connection with the SEK/OSE line, which were mostly used during the German occupation for freight transport.I believe we should open a topic about these legendary trains, which were a symbol of the whole area between Perama and Peraeus.

Hallo fellow modelers! I would like to inform you, that I will start redeveloping the Tram Perama for the 3 rail system. This way, it will also be available for our Märklinists. Most probably, it will be a two vehicle permanent joined consist. I will keep you informed on this.
