Hello.

Shunting handrails / Rangierergriffe (red arrows) - HANDMADE = with the measured sizes I have mentioned on previous posts:

I will post a better pic of the upper part of the handrails.

Τhe etched brass - part (blue arrows) that is shown, is the support of the uppar part of the airbarke-hoses - HANDMADE (from 0,3mm etched-brass), with the measured sizes from previous mentioned posts.

I only have to take meausrements of the handrails / Griffstange (red arrows) of the body-shell / tank for constructing them.

Hello.

A slightly better pic of the shunting-handrails, as I have promised:

As you may see, the ends (in difference with the other HANDMADE shunting-handrails), where the 0,2mm - brass wires are passed through, are cut vertically, such as the wire must not be shown, as to look exactly like the prototype.

Thanx

Hello.

I have completed with 0,5mm - brass wire the continuence of the airbrake-hoses with the existing brake-system (red arrows), as I have promised, according to the previous post with the pictures of the prototype.

The only part that will be added to the existing brake-system, will be 0,5mm - brass wire for the handbrake from the one side - 2.

Also, I repeat, that the shunting-handrails as well as the handrails (already HANDMADE) on the body-shell / tank (they must be measured in Rentis, and then to be constructed HANDMADE) - as not operational parts, must be added - as I mentioned on previous psosts. Also, the following operational parts must be added, however FIRST they must be bought  :
USTC - screw-couplings:

USTC - sprung-buffers:

PROTO: 87 / FREMO: 87 American type wheelsets, with Wheel-dia..: 835mm - on the prototype = 9,598mm in ΗΟ (according to thos website, WAGENWERK, can construct whatever diameter / and or axle-width the buyer needs, without no problem, and not the one that presents (850mm) - Weitere Durchmesser und Achslängen auf Anfrage lieferbar):

This also exists for the RP25 Code88 - finescale wheelsets, that constructs for those WHO do finescale and NOT PROTO: 87.

Thanx

Good afternoon.

I want to INFORM, about a lsat handrail (red arrows), that is on onw of the 2 cylinders on the upper part of the tank, that I will aslo take measurements, so that I can construct it - HANDMADE:
Image
However, I must clmp up the stairs very carefully, because I don't know in what situation are, as they are not used for years..?? :?:

Also, I will take measurements on the steps [2 in total - one on each side of the chassis sideways from the bogie] (blue arrows), that they will be constructed - HANDMADE from etched brass:

Trucks / bogies to be used will be the following ASF A-3 ones from KADDEE HO, and P87 wheelsets with dia.: 835mm in prototype = 9.598mm in HO appr.. However, the angle of the upper-frame is not exactly as you see 45degrees as the prototype, but is the same type of bogie as the European one, and will be used as it's sprung with coil-springs. I won't use the plastic rigid existing one, but I will have it as spare part. Also the distance between axles = 1676,4mm in prototype = 19,269mm in HO. In ASF A-3 bogie the distance will have to be measured.

Ι won't use the LATER BETTENDORF TRUCK, as the lower-side where the springs are attached is not the same a per prototype. However, the upper-angle of the bogie-frame, will be a little close to / but not 45degrees as per prototype.

If anyone has a better opinion, let me know.

Does anyone know, wherelse can I find this tank car in any Attiki railway stations / and or yards except Rentis?

As they probably moved it in Rentis due to shunting, I think... :?
