the livery is that of 1974-75 when they were first introduced to OSE, and the price is the catalog one, 145 E

It is great to have another livery. Was there ever a 1st class only as in the photo?

Anyhow, it would have been nice to have seen some photos of the originals but I am afraid I have nothing to share.

PS From what I can find these carriages came to Greece in OSE and not SEK days.

you are right, they were an OSE acquisition, our ''expert'' has already written that 1974-1975

great shot Christo, it's the first time I see a VEB in their initial livery (or I had not noticed as I had no idea)
let's hope Tilling has done it right...

about when did the writing and logo become yellow?

I think about 1984 but please correct me if I am wrong.

There was a period in the 80s of little cleaning of the stock (arpa kola) so in my anecdotal opinion OSE's thinking became that a dirty yellow is easier to distinguish than a dirty white.
